Hello,

I apologize we have false foreclosure information listed on our home details page. This data is provided to us from Zillow foreclosures and we currently do not have the ability to edit or remove the information that they are sending us.

Please be advised that I have created a request regarding the removal of the erroneous foreclosure information for your home on Zillow.

Once the status is removed from Zillow, it will automatically update to Trulia after 24-48 hours.

Regards,

Good morning Betel,
I have worked with and helped families that were in the similar situations. No credit is not an issue; we can help you with that. Now, the only thing that maybe an issue is the situation with your husband. If he has a TPS for more than three years and has employment for the past two years, we can help him as well. I would like to learn about your situation a little bit better. Please call or email me @239-919-2063 or renellaurent@gmail.com or my partner Alejandro Turner @ 239-220-9292. we are looking forward to having the opportuinty to assist you and your family. ... more

Hi Betel,
Gary is correct. Each auction site and auctioned property have different criteria.
Ask the help of a local Realtor to guide you through the process.

As you can see there are a lot of agents offering their help, and one violating what an agent can and can not do. s be careful. What you are asking for is entirely possible and with a little more or on the high end, you should be able to buy a duplex.

My advice to you, hire ONE agent and work with him / her. We all work with the same resources and some agent are better that others at it and also have better resources for there client to use. It up to you to make the decisions. If that agent is not working for you, fire him/her and get another. HAVING TOO MANY AGENTS IS NOT IN YOUR BEST INTEREST AND ONLY LEADS TO CONFUSION.

Remember: “Pictures without ALL the information are never the total picture and always the entire story ~!” Realtor Ron W ..”Pictures being shown, are attention gotcha, use to draw your interest. The rest, the information, will help you decide. Where that information comes from is IMPORTANT to you, and it may not all be on the listing information! Having an agent will get you the missing pieces. Then when you actually view the property; have it inspected where everything begins to fall into place having a pre-approval letter or proof of funds ready done ready for the seller’s hands. Sellers and Banks expect this information, before reviewing yours or any offers. Do not lose out by not having this or a Realtor® that is not the listing agent that serves the seller. Remember, the seller pays the commission!! You Get to choose your Realtor®!”

I recommend Gold Coast also. I took the course at gold coast in Tamarac Florida. The teacher was very professional and the class was fun. It took 4 weeks or you can choose the 8 week course and you take a test at the end of the course to get to the state exam. They teach you exactly what you need to know to pass the state exam and end of course exam. I also registered ahead of time for the state exam which helped a lot. Also make sure you get your background check and fingerprints done before the class is over.

Hi Florida home buyer,

You may shop both markets and the entire FL Gulfcoast MLS and have the tax information for each property at your finger tips by going to www.swfloridahomebuyer.listingbook.com. Your login and criteria selected will allow the system to send you matching properties and updates daily.
The tax basis is higher in the Cape than in Lehigh. Similar properties generally sell about $15,000.00 higher in Cape Coral. A new central water plant in NW Cape will continue to keep improving values and eventually water and sewers will be assessed to all areas of the Cape.
Sewers assessments will be coming to Lehigh as well and the concentrated areas will be close to Lee Blvd.
Property values have a lot to do with assessed values and vice versa.
As your buyers agent I can assist you in finding the best value for your particular needs. Helping you with knowing the expenses in making a home purchase are a part of my job. My fees are paid for by the seller or sellers bank. Happy to help you when you're ready.
