Tropical Gulf Acres is in the southernmost point of Charlotte County/Punta Gorda just down the road from the dump and North Ft Myers. The area does have a lot of undeveloped land and many of the roads are not even paved. You will find older and newer homes in that area and different sized homes as well. It is convenient to I-75 with an exit at Tuckers Grade. I can send you some listings or you can search my web site for listings in that area as well as other area of Charlotte County. Are you looking to build or for investment purposes.

Contact a local lender in the area that you are interested in buying in. I would check would a mortgage broker and a bank.

From 33955 the closest beach is at the Ponce de Leon Park in Punta Gorda, about 15 minutes away. This little white-sand man-made beach is really great for sunbathing or just relaxing, but doesn't offer good swimming alternatives. it is perfect to take the kids out and see the sunsets. There are a playground with bbq and tables connected to the beach, a fishing pier, a boat ramp and a nature walkway to enjoy. By boat, as soon as you leave either Burnt Store Marina or Pirate's Harbor youwill be able to access many pristine beaches, Now if you are interested in open beaches, Englewood and Boca Grande are probably your best options by car, to the North and Mattlacha and Fort Myers Beach to the South. ... more

There is a need for clean out services in the real estate business. Our recommendation is to develop flyers to be dropped off at various offices in the area. This way people will be able to be in touch with you when the need arises. ... more
