Hi,

To post a room for rent on Trulia, please follow these steps:

From the Trulia homepage, hover your mouse over the 'Rent' tab.
Click 'Post Your Rental Listing' at the bottom of the drop down.
Under 'Post a room', enter your address and click 'Continue' (if you click 'Post a home or apt', you will be redirected to our partner site, Zillow Rental Manager).
Follow the rest of the prompts to add specific listing information.
Once you click 'Publish', the listing will appear on Trulia within 1 hour.

Please note the listing will show on Trulia and also our partner brand, HotPads.

Regards,

There are some well qualified answers listed here. It is an understanding that an 80 / 20 rule or one has to be age 55. Each HOA can have specifics. However, both Rhonda and Llyoyd are closer to the community so they may be excellant sources.

Tom Bernardo answered:
Dear Naomi,

The property is available now on the open market for $18,400.

The property is offered "as-is" which means the selling bank makes no warranties and pays for no repairs. The listing sheet indicates "This home needs serious TLC". You wll have a right to inspect, and change your offer or, rescind your offer base on the inspection findings.

I suspect a mortgage is not a viable alternative if the home needs that much TLC. This means cash only.

Please let me know if you wish to pursue this property or if you need help finding current offerings or financing.

Sincerely,

Tom Bernardo, Realtor, GRI

Naomi,

It is correct, but on the other hand the home has a lot of issues and in need of a serious rehab. The location is not the greatest and you would have to hire a general contractor to come in and get this home up to code. The house is not eligable for financing due to the condition. I would be happy to help you find a home if you would let me know what you are looking for I could put together a custom home report for you. Feel free to call me to discuss your options and desires.

Thanks,

Scott Riddle

Florence,

This home is close to shops, banks, etc... I am not sure what you are looking for, but this is in east Ft Myers a less desirable area. I would be happy to talk with you to get your parameters of a home and send you over a custom home report. Please call me or email me over what you are looking for, price range, location and I will put that together and get it over. If you are not sure about location, call so we can discuss this.

Thanks,

Scott Riddle
