Realtors need details such as the following in order to price your home: how many bedrooms, baths, 1/2 baths do you have? Do you have a garage? If so is it a one or two car garage? Do you have a pool? If so is it an in-ground or above ground pool? Is your yard fenced? How large is your lot? How many heated square feet is your home? With these details we can properly compare your home with other homes that have sold in your neighborhood in the last 6 to 9 months. If you want to get a true picture of the value of your home to be sure that a buyer can get a loan when they buy it then I recommend that you have it appraised.
