Dear Eddy,

You may be able to contact the Property Appraiser's office to find out how to combine the two lots into one parcel. If they can't do it, they could probably tell you who to contact to get it consolidated into one property folio.

All the best,

Hi Eddy,

I just pulled up the Property Appraiser's info and found an extra value given for a wooden "garage" structure, take a look:

If you're thinking about selling and need a very good idea of current value, call or send us an email and we can give you a thorough report... no obligation.

There is a strong demand for homes like yours in the very desirable Carrollwood area.

All the best,
Alma Kee
