I totally see where you are coming from, Alma. We actually put a list together of houses we wanted to see. We did that with our last house in another state as well. Since we know what we are looking for, we search several sites and come up with potential homes we'd like to see. We stay away from short sales, etc. that could complicate things and extend timelines. If we see "Active with Contract," we keep looking for just "Active" homes. Maybe we're not your typical buyers?
