Hi CJ! Remember me? I had referred you to my credit repair company for help. How's that going? If you are making progress, then the next step would be to get with a mortgage professional to get approved for financing. Possibly a VA loan. Your mortgage lender should be able to provide you with a pretty close estimate of your closing costs as well as a monthly payment which will be very beneficial for you as far as establishing a budget to shoot for while looking at potential properties for purchase.

Please keep me updated on your progress. I am here to help you when you are ready!

ps- If you like to search for properties on-line I recommend the newly launched consumer MLS site. You are able to see almost the same information that realtors have access to. The website address is: If you use this link, you should be able to contact me directly from the site regarding any homes which may interest you.
