You should take pictures of the interior of your home before your tenants move in.

When it comes time for the tenant to get their security deposit back, the last thing you want is for you tenant to say is "it was like that when we moved in." I also advise tenants to do the same thing when they move in so landlords can't screw them over on their deposit. ... more
