Dear Julia,

Here are a few ideas for you...

1. Price it Right
2. How are the pictures?
3. Brokers Open
4. Advertisements
5. List it with a trusted local Broker if you are trying FSBO....they could provide your condo with much greater exposure on a local and national level.
6. Offer a Buyers Agent incentive.
7 Stage the Property

Julia, good luck! These are just a few suggestions....

Always a pleasure,

Jen Sommers

Hi Joseph,

Always weigh out your investment costs against your return, and always make sure your basics are covered such as, all light bulbs replaced and bright, CLEAN, take as many personal items and clutter and pack them away, these things and more can be done for little or no cost. Also, consider pricing your property to sell. I know everyone wants to get the most for their real estate and that's possible, but also consider what your reasons are for your sale and move and weigh that out when factoring in your decisions and choices. There's a lot more, but these are some basics, and I hope this was helpful.

Sincerely,

Claudia Fisher

Buying and selling real estate can be frustrating, so can renting properties, being a landlord, or even buying and selling a car. Anytime you are dealing with people a whole world of things come into play. Not every buyer or seller treats the transaction as a business deal, many will let emotion get in the way and may say things for one reason or another. The golden rule in Real Estate is until its in writing it means nothing, yes there is such thing as a verbal contract, but not a wise way to go. And sometimes even people who put in a contract will walk away from the deal, you never know everyone's true thoughts or motivation. Working though the process takes time and patience, and yes sometime you will be left scratching your head wondering why some one did or didn't do something. Ask any Realtor who has been doing real estate for a while, they will have some interesting stories to tell. ... more

Greetings
selling costs are typically around 10%. it's important to shop a few title companies to get the best rates & avoid bogus & inflated fees (courier fee, processing fee etc…)

in palm beach county the seller does typically pay for title insurance, however, that can be negotiated.

contact me directly & I'll be happy to sell your home for top dollar & help ensure you get a low cost title quote.
