It is not. Don't move there. Way too much crime! Don't have a realtor to talk you into buying a home in that neighborhood.

As with anything else the more knowledgeable you are about the Florida school system the more you can take advantage of what it has to offer. Having 2 children of my own and with my wife being a teacher I have learned most of the ins and outs of the schools in Boca Raton and the surrounding areas. The knowledge of Academy programs and Charter schools would be important to you and should be looked into. Feel free to contact me and I would be happy to discuss further.

33428 is the zip code for a home in West Boca Raton. Based on my own experience and that of many customers, this is a great place to live. Your children will be able to attend Boca Raton schools, all of which are highly rated.

In addition, will find that your Boca Raton home in 33428 is located within about 2-3 miles of just about everything you can think of, from supermarkets to restaurants to movie theatres to libraries to highways.

Boca Raton is a great place to raise children of all ages.

Schools are excellent.

Recreational facilities are unmatched.

For boys, little league, Boca Hoops, swimming, golf, tennis and all sports.
If sports not their thing, then opportunities for art, music, and you name it.

The ocean is free and almost always open.

Boca is a safe community and not congested or desolate or far from resources . Lots of kids unlike some of the retirement communities north of here.

Want to take them to the destinations in Miami for fun and education, you are less then an hour away.

South Florida is a great place, and make note of how you wish to live your life, then try and see which community matches best.

They grow fast, so enjoy it.
