If you never received a signed contract back- there is nothing to cancel . As the property
is " off the market" it seems unclear that there is anything to wait for.
The dates,contingencies and possibly terms are going to be different even if a similar
offer would be considered. Best to get your deposit back and have your agent stay in touch
with both you and the selling side. Keep yyour funds handy and make sure any
pre-approval for a mortgage is up-to-date. This way you are ready to go if the situation
