Since 2006 I have worked with buyers and sellers in the Downtown WPB market. The City Place and Clematis St. entertainment districts are the heart of our city. I believe in the area so much so that I bought a business just off Clematis Street. This required many late night walks alone to my car. I owned this business for three years without ever having an issue.
All investments carry some risk.. However, vacancy rates are low, there are no new construction projects and prices are slowly on the rebound. If you plan on holding this condo at least 5 to 7 years, you should expect a healthy return.
