Hello,

We’re excited you’re using Trulia for your home search process. We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the "Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Click 'More Filters'.
5. Select your preferred property type, square footage, etc.
6. Click the red 'Apply' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Contact the agent" button to get in touch with a real estate professional in your area. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

Doug Hornsby answered:
I have the same question. No one answers my question. The Trulia estimate of my home is only 850,000. This is ridiculous.

I want to list my home for greater than 3 million. The house to the west with only 70' of wide bay view sold for 2.55 Million in July. I have 120" with a better view.

The house to my east was demolished and rebuilt @ 7 million.

What is wrong here?

There is no one to call or protest.

It don't make any difference in changing the description of the property.

I am yet looking for an answer

Julie Jones-Bernard answered:
A fairly priced house may sell quickly in today's market. That said, the luxury market may take a bit longer as the higher value residences attract a smaller, more discerning market. Currently three of my twenty two listings are located in Harbor Beach, and last year I closed sales on four other Harbor Beach properties.

It is my experience that the "hot" market time runs from October through April, but honestly, I have had consistent business year round. Fort Lauderdale is a desirable location for northerners who are relocating and international buyers seeking second homes.

I see this post was made a while ago, but if you have not sold your home as of this date, please allow me to answer any further questions you may have.

Best regards,
Julie Jones

Chad Gray answered:
Rashida,

Are you including the property address in your Postlet? If not, that might be the reason your listings are not being displayed on Trulia. Another culprit might be if someone else created a Poslet for your listing and is getting credit for it on Trulia.

I hope this is helpful!

Hello Zoe,
this is Karin again. I sent you an answer a couple a days ago, but haven't heard anything back. I'm curious in what part of town you live right now, and if there is anything you need to be close by.
I wonder if you wish to receive some selected properties in your price range by email. Please, let me know. I will be happy to work on this for you.

Thanks,

Catier,

Boca Raton is the best place to live north of Fort Lauderdale. It is 30 to 45 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale, depending on the time of day and how far west you live. Boca is very safe and has great schools. I have lived in West Boca since 2004, so I know the area very well. Please call me any time and I will be happy to help you answer any questions.

Thanks,
