Richard,

There are several communities near The Crossings that may be of interest to you. I'd say within a two mile radius you can find many of these listings that may be able to suit your needs.

Feel free to call me with any questions.

Good Afternoon Grace,

Unfortanately you can not make an offer through this site, you would need to either contact the listing agent direct or find a buyer broker who can represent you, they can assist you in making the offer, in most cases you can negotiate so it does not cost you anything extra as they get paid at closing by the listing broker, good luck with your offer. ... more

Hi Michelle,

The HOA fee is $170 per month. The listing has just expired as of 10/2/08. If you are interested in this property you may want to find an agent that can approach the sellers directly and ask if they are still interested in selling.

Best of luck to you!
