Having written the contract on your behalf, your agent is the best source for your questions and concerns. Should you need more advice I suggest vising an attorney with your contract in hand.

Good luck! I hope your problem is soon resolved!

For sale listings posted directly to trulia must be through a licensed real estate agent, so you will not be able to do so. Try zillow instead.

Hi Freilich,

That depends onSq.Ft, location and the state of your home. In my Investors Guide to Miami 2014 I wrote a section about Coconut Grove in which you can see the average price per Sq.Ft. How much the prices have come up and the current inventory.

For Coconut Grove:

Hello Jeffrey,

6% was not bad. Most would offer 7 to 10% for mixed use building.
Some banks would not finance mixed use at all.

I suggest for you to go to your condo management (condo association) and ask which
banks did give mortgages in the building recently. They might point you in the right direction.

Best of luck and hope this was helpful,

Good day:

If your looking for an investment property, would suggest a single family home instead of a condo. You may be able to find a property that can be rented and or later sold for land value.
