Why do you care? Until you close, it is still the seller's property and he is just hedging in case you fall through.

What you "can do" is read your contract and honor all of your obligations in full and on time. Do this and you will complete the deal. ... more

Simple! In a nut shell find an agent that is willing to listen to your wants and needs. From there, if the lines of communication are open, then it should be easy. It also helps if your agent is familiar with the areas your are interested in investing. :-)
