You have the ability to edit your home facts that appear in the Owner Information section. Please follow these instructions on how to edit your home facts. This includes editing the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, home features, description and more.

Sign into your Trulia account. If you do not have an account, you must first register in order to update your home facts.
If you haven't already claimed your home, navigate to the property page, go to the "Edit Home Facts " button and verify ownership.
If you have claimed your home, click on the same "Edit Home Facts" button to update your home facts.
Make sure to select Publish Updates at the bottom of the page.

Hi James,

There are currently 7 plots of an acre or more for sale in this zip code. Two are in the same general area you mention. 5 acres for $399,000 and 15 for $899,000. There has only been one similar sale in the past two years. A 5 acre plot sold for $325,000 in June 2008.

I'm sure you are aware that your land is very near to the new "medical city" and depending on it's exact location and layout could be very attractive to other investors.

Marketing and selling a plot, especially if it's undeveloped, is a lot different than residential. I'm not an expert in this field, but we have a gentleman in our office who is THE vacant land sales and marketing expert for this area with over 80 land sales to his credit. What I do have is expertise in is working with foregn clients. I have a several now and lived in the UK for 6 years and Europe for 18.

Please feel free to contact me for an introduction. Look forward to hearing from you.

I did a bit more searching in this area for you and found homes that are BANK OWNED which means unlike a short sale you can close much quicker. There are 3 in the meadow woods subdivision with 1500 sq ft or more and under $136K!
3 beds 2 baths.
Let me know what you think.
