Hi There:

The truth is Rent to Own is virtually nonexistence specially in desirable Seminole County. If there is one you would usually pay a huge huge premium. In this market that is sort of a seller's market there is for sure a reason for a seller to consider a lease to own.

Hope this helps.

Bill Eckler answered:
There are levels of approval.....if you have a final approval from your lender's underwriter there should be no hold up. There's obviously some sort of "glitch" that is getting in the way of you receiving the money necessary for closing.

Could the delay be caused by the seller. Short sales and foreclosures can encounter difficulties that cause delays as well.

There is no reason for you not to have a clear understanding of what is going on. Between you and your agent, you should be able to access the necessary clarity. Start making calls and asking question to the people that you are paying for answers.

Do not accept their unwillingness to provide you with information......
