I have the perfect solution to nip this illegal behavior in the bud. I am now telling all callers that my previous realtor sucked and that Im looking for "a real go getter". Of course thats all of them. I then ask them if they can do a listing appointment at my house at 8PM this friday. I have 17 realtors coming so far. All showing up at the same time. Im going to hand them all a copy of my number that has been on the DNC registry since 2014 and tell them I hope I interrupted time with their families. Its going to be epic. ... more

Many buyers are online at sites like Trulia, Realtor.com and Zillow among others. An online presence is a good move because of that. Buyers are also riding around new areas getting a feel so mobile apps are a good way to find buyers. Open houses, advertisements, realtor networking. Also all of the social media like twitter and facebook. You can advertise on Craigslist. That brings buyers for almost anything including homes! ... more

The housing market has improved quite a bit in the last year, in Orlando prices have jumped 20% year-over-year. The inventory is low right now so homes that hit the market move quite quickly if priced right.
