Will you prevail? Will you prevail suing the bank? Even if you did prevail, do you think you will come out ahead?

The truth, however, lies in all those documents you signed. Banks have a clever way of insuring you forfeit your rights when you engage is procedures such as these. If you want to sue, only your attorney can answer. and very likely, your attorney will be the only one who will benefit.
