VA loans are an excellent lending program! I would definitely look into it. But, the only way to know for sure is to check with a lender and get pre-approved. Your stable employment will help and student and car loans are typical debts so that is not to problematic. Go for it. ... more

No. Trulia does not allow individual to list properties. Only your agent is able to, and is done via their MLS or via syndication on most cases.
