My name is Dick LaPadula and I am an agent/Property Manager with Coldwell Banker Premier Properties in Palm Coast. Currently there are only two townhouse/condo properties that would be considered in the MHS school district. In those complexes there are several vacancies, at the present time, in the price range you are looking for. Both are 3/2/2 and range in rent from $1025 to $1300 a month.
I can be reached on my cell at (732)371-8947
