Getting appointments with these folks before my due diligence period is up is tough. I have one more coming in two weeks. I am working with a realtor for sure. As long as the money the seller is offering covers the cost, it should be okay. Interior cracks at coners of doors, etc. are showing. A very large oak tree right beside the house caused most of the problem, roots, drawing all the water out of the soil under the house. The tree needs to come down, but sellers refuse to pay for tree :( I am working hard to do my research, and plan to have the home inspected this week to make sure there are not any other major problems with the home.
