Work with a Real Estate Agent so that you can have access to the most up-to-date information. A Real Estate Agent can set up a personal website with your unique foreclosure search criteria that will be updated from the MLS daily direct to your email.

Make sure that you let some one look at the home look at the home, before you place a bid on it. Pay a home inspector to look at the house inside if at all possible. I have seen a trend with REO properties where the bank will not counteroffer at all or if they do they will counteroffer at the full list price.

Hi Winston,
Here are links to the newspapers that supply the legal annoucements for Suwanee. As Joshua noted no site will have all of the foreclosure information. You can only find that at the courthouse steps on auction day...which is this Tuesday by the way.

For the part of Suwanee that is in Gwinnett you can go to
http://www.gwinnettdailypost.net/GDP-Legals/legals.html

For the part of Suwanee in Forsyth County you can go to
http://www.forsythnews.com/legals/index.shtml#foreclosures

Hope that helps.
