There are mortgage companies in Rock Hill and Charlotte that are willing to work with you and there are some properties out there that are owner financed as well so dont let this stop you. If you want to buy contact a good realtor they know all of these mortgage companies and can find you the right home and they wont charge you a dime. Good questions. Even the MLS website for our county does not have the MLS number on the first page of searching. I put the mls number as a search criteria on my site, Just select Home Search on the main page, then enter the MLS number on the Search Criteria page. Pendings and solds do not show on most sites.
