The Last 3 houses I have put up for rent have rented in less than a week. I just put up my own house for rent last night and have 5 inquires today! Depending on the area in Charleston there is a lack of inventory. I think the trend will always be up because of the supply and demand of the area. "Used" houses are cheaper, not new ones. With inflation, builder's expenses are greater and they may be unwilling to take a further hit on the bottom line.
