Pam Cox answered:
The sales price depends on the condition of your home and the market. Homes in Pierpont between 1400-1800 sq ft have sold between $130,000 - $180,000 over the last year. I would be happy to meet with you and see what kinds of upgrades you have done if any and give you a better analysis of pricing. If the home is not updated it could bring a lower price.

The rental price also depends on the condition of your home and the market. I find 3 homes that have rented in Longbranch between $1095 and $1250 over the last year. I would be happy to take a look at this one too and discuss your options. If he home has been updated it will bring a higher price. If it looks aged and worn it will bring a lower price.

Whether its rentals or sales I can help Contact me for more details. I will be happy to send you a CMA once I know more information.

Thanks,

If you will go into the rental listing and scroll down to the MORE drop down menu that is just below the photo in blue. Click on FLAG you will get a dialogue box called listing error. Click on the down arrow called ERROR TYPE and choose suspected fraud. In the dialogue box, tell Trulia why you suspect this is a scam. The listing will be pulled down and if it is confirmed to be fraud it will NOT be put back up. And thank you in advance for making the world a better safer place. ... more

Please avoid profile/agent by name of Josua (512) 887-8419. He has multiple listings out there for 1/2 the legit price. Please report if you see him, total fraud.

Hi Jon,
One of the things a good realtor can do is to show you the FEMA flood zone maps and review with you what neighborhoods lie in what particular flood zones. There are recent changes in flood zoning, so regardless of where you decide please make sure to either have a clear understanding of what the flood insurance would cost by speaking with a reputable insurer ahead of time, or by including a due diligence period so that after the contract is ratified, you have a few extra days to research and make sure those insurance rates are acceptable to you.

The Last 3 houses I have put up for rent have rented in less than a week. I just put up my own house for rent last night and have 5 inquires today! Depending on the area in Charleston there is a lack of inventory. I think the trend will always be up because of the supply and demand of the area. "Used" houses are cheaper, not new ones. With inflation, builder's expenses are greater and they may be unwilling to take a further hit on the bottom line.
