It really could vary quite a bit. Depending on what is being renovated, what materials you are using, and how much work needs to be done to make the job happen. You should talk to a few companies about getting help with this. That way you can get a chance to meet them and see if you'd like working with them. You can also get quotes to see how much money you could be looking at.

PS I'm not a realtor by the way, just looking on the site and thought I'd send you a note to help. Polk and Rutherford are VERY CONSERVATIVE....counties. And I can't stress VERY enough. :-) And it is no where near the Smokies either.... more
