Hello, I'm a mortgage professional.

You can get a mortgage with as low as a 580 credit score and you would only need 3.5% down payment. You can even roll in closing costs using a sellers concession.

We may be able to just use your husband depending on his income and so forth or I can take a look at your credit and see if we can get your score up quickly so we can put you both on the loan.

If you need help your are welcome to fill out an application on my website or you can contact me with any questions.

Your best (and only) solution is to just FLAG the listings and they'll be removed. Trulia doesn't care and really has no way to police these types of listings.

They will have the selling agent sending in paperwork from the seller that they probably already have but you have to do it again sometimes. I have not had one take over 2 months but it can be longer to close. If you really want the house hang in there. ... more
