I feel like by listing with an agent, buyers took my listing more seriously and my house got a lot more exposure. It was definitely worth the 6% commission I paid. ... more

To have your home on Trulia, you must be listed by a Realtor as the homes here flow directly off the local MLS's or can be input only by someone with a valid license number. Good Luck

Besides Zillow, you can also use of which there is some sort of fee or for free on Be careful of Craigslist as it is full of scan artists...some of whom will assume your listing online and try to scam people out of money by advertising it for rent. As far as cost by a Realtor, it will cost you whatever the listing commission fee is. If interviewing Realtors, the one thing to ask is is how pro internet they are.
