It looks like you're in my market area.

First, In order for contractors to perform work for our clients and properties they have to have proof of General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance Coverage regardless of your size of company or the nature of your service. The coverage isn't that expensive and once covered our Contractors provide us with an insurance certificate each year as their policies are renewed. Contact your insurance agent.

Secondly, I would provide businesses with an easy way of reaching you. Believe it or not business cards work well for us along with a one page flyer that we can file into a three ring binder, post on our bulletin board and email to our agents as a PDF. Make sure your phone numbers including cell phone and email address is shown.

Thirdly, you can consider joining things like the Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, etc. but I'd wait until I have built up a book of business to justify the expense and from which to provide references or reviews.

Unfortunately, I am not the website administrator, just a Real Estate Agent such as yourself. If the information is inaccurate, the website does give you the option of "claiming" the home as the property owner and allows for updates/corrections. If you desire to still have the property deleted, you must contact the website administrator directly. Posts/questions on here are answered by other Real Estate professionals. You may try this link:

Often credit issues can be resolved in a minimal amount of time. It all depends on what is on the credit report and how old the items are. The best way to resolve credit problems is through a reputable lender who can assist you with exactly what needs attention and the order of attention. Often times people pay a particular debt off or down when the money could have been used more effectively in other ways like reducing several debts instead of paying on just one, etc. If you like I can refer you to a lender that would be happy to provide you guidance in this area. Please contact me through my website if you are interested. Whatever you do, don't let this continue to haunt you. The sooner you take action, the sooner you can purchase a home and move past your families credit dilemma. Best of luck and congratulations for taking action! ... more
