Hi my name is Christine and I live in a Habitat for Humanity house and I've lived here for the past 11 years. When I moved into my house there was some kind of discrepancy with the land or something so I lived in my house for 5 years before I actually closed. They gave me allowance for what I had paid for and made sure that the house was as close to New as it were five years prior before I sign my closing papers. The point that I am sending you though is when I closed there was a stipulation in my deed my paperwork that said that I will not sell my house on the market if I choose to sell or if I decide to move or it isn't working out for me in some form or fashion. It made me put in writing that I would not sell my house on the real estate market. And I figured that is a bonus for me because I don't have to sit there and wait to sell my house like you are trying to do. But what confuses me is as to who did you buy it from because I wonder if those people did not have to sign the same agreement and they're closing papers because this is a pretty big you know conglomerate you know I mean if the rules are what I said for me here then the rules for your state and everywhere else have to apply for the people that live there before you that you purchased it from so yes I mean I think that you should get a hold of Habitat for Humanity and your local area and you know ask them if they would you know go ahead and buy it from you and more than likely they'll buy it from you for what it at least appraises for you know as far as what condition it's in and the area I mean they had to have chosen the area at one time to build a pond at so there's probably more than one habitat house surrounding you because they usually build about 2-3 you know or more houses in one certain area. They try to make a little Community out of it kind of because you know we all have no circumstances that might relate to one another as far as being neighbors you know it may be that we pull together and help each other type you know positive neighbouring you know positive thinking type situation. And if you're in dire need of contacting them I would definitely look up your you know Google or whatever the closest representative around you for Habitat for Humanity. I hope this is helped if not please feel free to you no contact me my email is Christineking1971@gmail.com ... more
