If you are looking to get clients referred to you, You have to either pay for them, which can cost a great deal and never guaranteed if real. Or you earn them. The most common is past clients or from a source like Active Rain. I put a link to join for free. They have a board where other agents post looking for agents for their clients. Then also start building relationships by blogging and reading others blogs and leave comments for them. Built a rapprt and referrals will come. ... more

201 Winding brook drive is cat-friendly! We just moved out and refinished the entire house, and it's up for rent via Fox Rental Management. When we lived there, the cats LOVED the built-in bookshelves in the bonus room. We also have one nearly-blind cat, and she never had a problem getting around. The house is one-story and a straight line from one end to the other, so easy for blind critters to navigate.

Have a look at the pics and contact Michelle Fox via trulia if you think you like it. Good luck!

I came here to ask this question! At least it's not just you, I guess.

It still lets me flip through the photos from the map view, just not full size in the actual listing.

Maybe Trulia wants us to email more agents, before we figure out if we're even interested in the houses at all? That doesn't sound right. ... more

Good question and the answer is...it depends. Have your buyers agent do a market analysis for the area to determine your best approach. Best of luck.

My office is in charge of marketing Adam's Point in Garner. I am extremely familiar with this neighborhood. I cannot say how many children live in the neighborhood. I will say that there is a wonderful pool for everyone to enjoy as well as sidewalks to allow safe walking. Also, it is a very popular neighborhood for trick-or-treating (in light of Halloween being today). Feel free to contact me for floor plans, or additional information on the inner-workings of Adam's Point. ... more
