Constantine,
If you just need an agent to rent your house, then most agents in the area would be happy to do that for you. If you have it listed on MLS, you will need to pay the agent whose client signs a lease, a commission, usually about 10% of the first month's rent.

If you need a company to maintain the home and collect rent while are away, then you need a property management company. One of the best in the area is Block and Associates, though there are many smaller companies as well.

Hope this helps.

I would suggest you try the regular rental sites:

http://www.craigslist.com
http://www.apartments.com
http://www.trulia.com (Rentals Section)
http://www.zillow.com (Rentals Section)
http://www.realtor.com (Rentals Section)

Between all of those, you will get a very clear picture if you can find what you are looking for. Good luck!

Stacy,
I've sent an email to you with homes that are currently available for rent. As you are shooting for a Feb. move, the list I've sent may help in narrowing areas down for you. I've only included rentals that allow pets and are pool communities. I did not "limit" the rental amount.

Mag,

My company has a rental division that would be able to help you find that home. The rental market in this area is quite tight so you would probably need to make a quick decision if you were to find a suitable home. Please either call 919 592-5688 or look at www.caryrentalsearch.com Good Luck! ... more
