A property listed on Trulia should be listed through an agent or service who lists their properties in your local MLS. All you need to do is have them update the photo for you.

It really just depends. Fannie Mae probably won't accept a really low offer and if the asking price is fair then I would suggest that your offer be pretty close to the asking price if you really want to get the home. ... more
