This has been a lively summer but with the sudden raise in interest rates some Buyers may be being cautious again, even though the interest rates are still very affordable. Coming out of this long housing slump many Buyers are still wanting to get the most for their money and they will be comparison shopping and looking for the biggest bang for their buck.
I assume that you have an agent, so give him/her a little longer to market your property and decide if an adjustment is desirable or necessary.
