I second Tim. We offer two types of updates via email for our clients.

One is a specific search for area, price range, minimum number of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc. Whenever a new home is listed in the MLS, you'll be the first to know.

The second is a ListingBook account. This is a paid service that we offer to our clients for free. We set up an account for you with your basic search parameters. The difference is that in LB, you can change your parameters. You can add locations, change your price range, etc. You have more control over what you are searching for via our MLS. You get daily emails of new properties, price reductions, etc.

We would be happy to set up either for you. For more information about our services, you can visit our site at We are the #1 agents in our Old Town, Alexandria Keller William's Office and serve the DC Metro area as we are licensed in VA, MD and DC.

Dear Dmorit:

Sounds like you need legal advise instead of real estate agent advice. There are Northern Virginia law firms that handle condo concerns. The first one that pops to mind is Segan, Mason & Mason in Annandale, VA www dot seganmason dot com. The second is Rees Broome PC. www dot reesbroome dot com

Discuss with the attorneys the means whereby you may properly solicit other owners to join you with your effort

Best of luck to you Sincerely Bob Lepelletier - REALTOR, ABR, GRI Partner Team Maison at Keller Williams Realty 703-310-7880 bob at bobtherealtor dot pro

To help you answer your own question, if YOU were the BUYER purchasing YOUR home, would you want to know the truth? Would the answers impact your decision as a buyer?

Buyers do want to know what they are purchasing and deserve to make an informed decision - no one wants to purchase a house-lemon that takes all the JOY out of purchasing a HOME. ... more
