Hello I like in Ashburn now and would recommend Ashburn if your working locally in or around Tyson Corners to Leesburg and Centreville. The area is growing wildly now with Loudoun One and the other development coming along the Rt 28 and 7.

Fairfax is Great also but the Traffic is really bad near 28/29 and 123/28
I was 30 minutes from Georgetown Bars so it did have benefits.

What you can do is go to sites such as www.greatschools.net or the local Fairfax County School site and put in property address to find out the exact school for that neighborhood. Families with school age children often have specific requirements about the type of school or the programs they offer. Some schools for example offer language immerson programs, some offer more AP courses and so on. If any of those are considerations you may want to broaden your home search based on school program.
