We surveyed over 200 young professionals and over 70% said they would prefer a walk in shower. With that type of percentage, for every one buyer you may lose, it is likely three will be thrilled. Go with the shower. Soakers mainly dream of soaking, but most rarely do.

Hi Buyer, the buyer should always have the choice of settlement company. Consult a real estate attorney.

Hi Kt,
Check out http://www.greatschools.net/ to see what other parents have to say. Also check out http://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/ and http://www.k12.dc.us/ for school stats. As agents we aren't allowed to comment on schools and what is best, good, worst, etc. It is just too subjective. What one person thinks is good another thinks is bad. I will say that have have moved families (several times) right over the Western line to Mont. Co. to be in those schools.
Best of luck,
