Hi Jim,

Just wanted to check in with you to see if you have moved forward with your decision to build a new home.

I've been a licensed Realtor for over 25 years, and have helped many people through new construction trials and tribulations.

There's allot to understand during the construction process, make sure you hire a Realtor that has new construction experience to keep your stress levels to a minimum !

Best of luck to you in your decision, and if I can be of any further assistance to you, don't hesitate to give me a call !

I'd be glad to help in any way I can !

You have received the answer to your question. If you are looking to buy a home that is a short sale, you should realize that it may not always be the best buy around. Sometimes it takes days for the bank to accept the offer. You should make sure you work with an experienced agent . You should also make sure that the home that you are currently staying in is availble for you ., incase there is a delay in settlement.

If you are a seller thinking of a short sale, hire an experienced agent who will guide you through the maze of pap er work.
