WAMU mortgage folks played a lot of deceitful actions to steal my ddreamhome which took me 30years as a single school teacher. to create. They sent a guy claiming he was from insurance to doo an appraisal on my home. One had just been done. I called my insurance agent. They said it was ok let him in. I proceeded to tell him about all the amenities of my place. That included the buildable lot.central air.central stereo.gas vikong fireplace?all the established gardens.the irrigation system. The shed in the private back yard which had a loft wi9 etc? This is to be continued. It is late. My phone number is 413388o964.

Are you "certain" your name is on title or is this what you think?

The reason I ask, is because one of the functions of a divorce proceeding is to divide marital property. It makes no sense that your ex-husband would keep your name on the property if awarded to him, and the best time to clear such matters is in conjunction with the proceeding as opposed to some later date.

Hopefully your attorney tied all the loose strings, and to that end, consult them for the assurance you need and/or a "game plan" moving forward.

Best of luck to you!

I hope you found the answer you needed, but just in case someone else is looking for the same information... An agent should be able to help estimate your major costs. Unfortunately they are not in charge of your final figures. These are prepared by your closing attorney or title company and cannot be finalized until the buyers figures are prepared. This is usually just a few day before closing. A lender will not usually prepare them sooner because they have to ensure that nothing changes just prior to closing that may affect their interest in the home or the loan. ... more

I've been living at Middleton Place for over 7 years. The value of Middleton Place condos have dropped between $35,000 - $50,000 since 2008. My home has dropped $57,000 in value because I purchased it right before the housing bubble burst. Worse yet, the property values continue to drop by the month. The crime rate at Middleton Place has drastically increased in the past 2 years. Cops are constantly at the property arresting someone. It is scary just to leave your home at night. Neighbors are extremely loud. There are teenagers who play loud music in the parking lot at 3am.

I wish I could move out of here, but cannot since I'm $57,000 underwater. I regret ever moving here. The condo fees have recently increased to $412 a month. Yes, that's $412! Middleton Place does not have a pool, nor a park, nor a playground. We were also hit with a special assessment of $777 in addition to our monthly HOA fees. The management company ran out of money and couldn't cover snow removal. The best choice you can make is not to move to Middleton Place.

My agent, a Coldwell Banker agent in Florida, tells me she can not do a price change on my home, she can only post a price reduction in the comments!?! I find this ridiculous.

Foreclosing on your timeshare is of no benefit to you and yes you will receive calls from the collection agencies because they want there money. Sorry but there is no quick fix here unless you can get some refinancing arranged.

From my experience with 203k loans, the best advice is to use a lender that offers assistance via third party with 203k processing.
