Hello Jamie Bastek

I believe the reason there are numerous properties for sale in Slitting Mills, Glen Mills Pa is because most of them are new properties. There is a new developement in the area. I hope this helps you. Call me if you want to see any of the properties for sale.

R. Eric Axelson answered:
Hi Lorraine, great question. Fox Hill Farm is widely considered to be one of the best 55+ communities in Delaware County. The HOA fees are $297/month and include exterior maintenance and grounds fee. There is no additional fee for the club house which includes indoor/outdoor pools, billards, fitness center, game/craft room, library, tennis/bocce/shuffleboard courts. Fox Hill Farm is truly a resort-style community. Did I mention the walking trails?

If you would like to pick a day/time to tour the complex and the available units, please let me know. The differences are going to be with regards to the age of the appliances, systems, etc. We can get you a home warranty.

Best of luck to you!

Generally speaking, when the other party has an attorney representing their best interests, it's always good to consider doing likewise!

Good luck,

Clarence, I agree with Keith that a real estate pro should not be asking the questions that you are asking.

That being said, the answers that you have received are only as good as the qualifications of the 'real estate pro' that is writing them. Since info on Trulia is input by individuals, like yourself, you might want to check out their profiles before putting too much weight on individual answers.
Just a thought.
