Ana Barlow just about said it all. Property taxes will be the same but fees and business related cost will be in addition to amount of the property taxes.( see Ana's comment) Please keep in mind that the Tax Rate is set by Philadelphia City Council yearly. As for Property Management Fees these very by Company and are dependent on what duties the Property Manager is required to perform. I would be pleased to discuss are fees with you and how we may meet you needs. Please contact me at 215-725-5700 X49

Please call me at 215-725-5700 X49 I need to ask you some question before I make any recommendations. If you notice all of the others are not sure and a lot of "I think" well I'm not thinking some questions that can effect the outcome of your decisions. I'm a firm believer that everyone has needs and no two are the same. So please call me I'll need to know: Where the home is, Where do you plan to live, what are your expenses now? Please consider if you do not rent or sell you monthly out expenses will increase. If you make the decision to work with a Realtor please allow me to interview for the job.

The law is almost always on the tenant's side. Use the link below for all of the information you need. And, right now call 311 and make a report. Do this DAILY. L&I will eventually come out and issues citations. Also check out the website philadelinquency for more info about how to research deadbeat landlords before leasing from them!

We love Passyunk Square because it's delightfully walkable, pleasantly diverse, generally clean and friendly, and the essence of South Philly life in the 21st Century!

I don't think anyone here is going to sit around and monitor this property for you. You need to be working with a buyer's agent who will make sure that you are aware of any and all properties that come on the market matching your criteria. A buyer's agent will look out for your interests. ... more
