Who would you use to support you in this effort? If the plan it to utilize the listing agent, it's likely they will expect compensation for assumng responsibility on both ends of the transaction. Discounting the fee for professional services is something often attempted by the seller but highly unusual for the buyer. What difference would it make to the seller whether or not they pay the commission to the agent(s) or pass it along to the buyer?
