Hello Kie,

There is something bothering you about the property on day 1. That issue will not go away.
This is a home that you will be living in for a number of years. You are going to own a beautiful house and you will love it as long as you don't look out of the windows and close your eyes walking to your car.

If you need some good mortgage advice, drop me a line.

Regards,

We settled on the house and got a very good deal (went in 15k under asking price and it was accepted) at that point we were looking at low end - 60k built in equity. On top of this we negotiated a $6,300 credit - so it was a very good deal and we are pleased. Yes - it did take longer then anticipated - because of the need for two bank apporvals and both the selling agent and the buying agent were not as experienced in short sales, but a lot was learned by all. ... more

Hello Kaie,

I am the listing agent on 110 Dallas Rd in Willow Grove. This is not a forclosure or short sale. We are getting a lot of activity on this property at $205,000. I believe we will be getting an offer in the near future. Call me if you need any further information.

For me red flags go up when a mortgage broker does not want anybody to see the details of the loan they are offereing. Just a quick question........ Is the mortgage broker you are working with local the the area where you are buying?

If not, then I have found that it is a very to get a second opinion from a local lender. Compare fees, points, rate, terms, etc. There can be a huge difference from one lender or mortgage broker to another. Unfortunately the the successful scoundrels are the nicest people in the world until you try to shop and compare. Then you may see another side of them.

Just a caution; there are good and bad lenders and brokers everywhere. We all want you to find the best.

Good luck!
