It just might be possible that delivery service companies in your area have already encountered this and you can rest assured that Godfathers can find you easily.

Or, as Phil suggested, ask you neighbor where their deliveries end up.

If you had a good rental agent, he or she would be able to get you into a nice apartment, even if you're credit score wasn't the best. I was a rental agent for many years and helped people with dogs, cats, low credit scores and a multitude of issues get into apartments and rental houses. Since the names on the deed and the mortgage should be the same, some legal work needs to be done. If all parties are in agreement, then you may gift or sell your interest to your siblings. However, the lender would require the names on the mortgage to also match the deed. Depending on your lender, your siblings may be required to either assume the loan from the estate or pay off that loan and apply for a loan of their own based on qualifications. I am presuming your lot is not in a community. This is a good thing, as there are less restrictions on the land. Many people look solely for homes and land which are not located in a community and often pay more for it. Looking on the Pocono MLS I have found that in the past year or so one 3.75 acre lot sold in Hawley, not in a development for $19,000. Of course, every property is unique. As Al stated, many different aspects of the land would effect the projected sales price. Especially whether it's been checked to perc.
