Where you able to get your answer for this one? I believe if you go on a forsalebyowner.com it will sync with most of the 3rd party websites. Also, Zillow has a very friendly "for sale by owner" feature.

Trulia is not a real estate company, nor a property management company. Every listing you see here is owned and managed by a different person or company. You need to contact each one directly. Keep in mind, that there are no "checks & balances" on this site for spam or fraudulent listings. There are a ton of scams on here. I recommend you contact a local property management company directly. Good luck! ... more

Too long...Beware!!! It will take a great toll on you after awhile and even though the houses seem lower priced there are many hidden costs that you will not realize until you're here. Owners are responsible for everything not like in NY where municipalities take care of it with your tax dollars. i.e. trash pick up, septics and wells, no natural gas in some areas and oil costs in winter can be super high. Your Real Estate Agent should provide you with a "Buyer CMA" this will show you Active, Pending & Closed within the past 6 months. It is similar to what sellers use as a guide for pricing a home upon Listing with an agent. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask!

Hello! You can try www.forsalebyowner.com I believe they have an package you can purchase that will allow your property on our local MLS. Also a realtor can assist you and charge you a flat fee for entering the property in MLS and you manage once it is listed. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask!
