It isn't the best zip code in buffalo. The east side is considered the "hood" by most. The better zip codes are 14216, 14214, 14222, or 14209. If you are looking for investment properties, you will be able to find plenty in 14211, 14213, or 14207. ... more

Overall, there were approx. 95 houses that sold last year in that area (single family) and the average time on the market was 100 days. Ithis is not to say however that it may have been listed before and didn't sell.
Let me know more info and I can give you more exact figures.
