We can go down to 530 with 10% down or 580 with 5% down, as long as you meet the other guidelines. Let's discuss your loan scenario in more detail. Contact me at 800 315 8803. My name is Bart and I have been offering loans since 1987. I am happy to answer your mortgage questions, 7 days a week and review your loan scenario. Until then, I look forward to hearing from you.

It is beautiful up in that area--have you tried online ads in the New York Times or leaving fliers in touristy locations.

Hi Janice,

Welcome to Trulia and thank you for your question.

Only listings manually submitted to Trulia can be edited at this time. We are working to make all listings editable in the future but in the meantime listings must be edited at the source.

Lewis's answer below is a good way to alert our team if you believe the error in question is on our end, however I'd encourage you to make sure that the listing source has been updated. It looks like we extract your listing information from your site, and our display should match the display on that site. If it does, please be sure to update the site and our display should update automatically thereafter. If however you see a discrepancy between your site information and ours, please do as Lewis suggested to alert us about the problem.

Please let us know if you have any further questions about this or any other feedback for us.

Best Wishes,

Emily Gibson

You'll need to refer to your contract. Unless there are state/local laws to the contrary (I am in VA, sorry), the sellers are only in breach if they fail to do something that the contract requires, and there is only a time line attached if the contract, or a notice pursuant to a contract term, specifies it. Same advice for the furniture - what does your contract say? Most say the property will be in broom clean condition with all items removed. Failure to remove personal items, absent another agreement, might be a breach of contract. ... more
