Hi Kitty, "move in condition" is generally a descriptive field. Matters of condition are somewhat subjective, and so what may be "move in condition" to you may not be to others. Because of this I think it best that it remains a descriptive field. Agents/sellers will present their homes in the best light and so while some may boast great condition, those that are sub par will likely not broadcast that the condition is sub par. The goal is to be truthful but at the same time to draw attention, traffic and offers. Condition issues should be reflected in price.
